From suit to apron, ex-financial planner Henry fuses together American and Filipino flavours with a menu to please any Mate!

Influenced by his cultural heritage and his holiday eats, Henry has a passion to create fresh, juicy simple but full of flavour burgers & chips.

Henry wants you to get to know Filipino staples, so you can tell all your Mates about Filipino food. He wants the word 'longanisa' to be part of your vocabulary!

  • CHEESE MATE

    • American cheese, special mate sauce & pickles served in a milk bun.

  • GOOD 'OL MATE

    • American cheese, truss tomato, butter lettuce, pickled Spanish onions, special mate sauce & pickles served in a milk bun.

  • THE BIG MATE

    • American cheese, glazed bacon, caramelised onions, truss tomato, butter lettuce, pickled Spanish onions, special mate sauce & jalapenos served in a milk bun.

  • SH-ROOM MATE

    • Crumbed or Grilled portabello mushroom, swiss cheese, pickled Spanish onions, Sriracha mayo, aioli, cucumber and coriander served on a milk French bun.

Filipino infused menu

  • TOCINO BURGER

    • Grilled sweetened pork belly, topped with pickled papaya, coriander, tomato, cucumber, egg and special mate sauce served on a French bun.

  • LONGANISA BURGER

    • Filipino style sausage. Ground, sweet garlicky-peppery pork patty topped with pickled papaya, coriander, tomato, cucumber, egg and special mate sauce served on a French bun.

  • ADOBO BURGER

    • Grilled slow cooked pork belly marinated in soy, vinegar & garlic, topped with cucumber, coriander, cucumber, pickled Spanish onions, Sriracha mayo, aioli sauce served on a French bun.

  • SISIG FRIES

    • Popular in the Philippines. Crinkle cut fries topped with sisig (diced pork & tofu dressed in vinegar, calamansi and mayo), nacho cheese sauce, special mate sauce, chilli, onions & calamansi – this one’s a must!
